U14 Rugby is played with 13 players per side with 7-aside options throughout the year. The emphasis is on skill development. We teach the basic rules of the game, how to be a safe player, and how to behave as a respectable team member. Contact is introduced: players are taught how to give and take clean, safe tackles, and the ruck and scrum are taught.
